Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your EMMIOL finds, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your EMMIOL account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided during the online request process.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
